Although her profile states she has 7 years of experience, she came across as very inexperienced during the three weeks she nannied for our family. She was extremely quiet, lacked confidence when interacting with our son, and made very little effort to engage with him. As a result, her experience did not align with what was presented in her profile, which we found to be misleading. We initially gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she simply needed more time to become comfortable with our family and build a rapport with our son. Unfortunately, that never changed. To make matters worse, she gave us no notice that she would no longer be able to nanny for us. This left us in a very difficult position, scrambling to find last minute childcare with no time to prepare. Overall, the lack of professionalism and reliability made for a very disappointing experience.
