We love Sierra! She babysits for us a few times a month. She has literally been available every single time we've messaged her (we're very spontaneous and tend to message her last minute) and is very dependable. She's very reasonably priced and punctual. She is also great with our dog! I would highly recommend hiring her for your childcare needs.
