About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, positive I like working with kids because I like making positive impacts on people and working through things with them! I'm looking for a job that I can help people, be social, and connect! I started working with kids when I volunteered at my church's nursery and Sunday school as well as interning for counselors at both elementary and middle school age! I also have many younger cousins and family friends and I love playing games and having fun with them. In my spare time, I like to be active and do fun little activities every so often. I like to swim, play sports, sing, dance, etc! One thing you should know about me is I am very intentional and hardworking, I love helping people and making an impact in their lives! My top 3 child care skills include communication, organization, safety, socializing, and problem solving.
