About Sierra

I've always known I wanted to work with children. From my first babysitting job, I've had the pleasure of caring for children! I'm patient, calm, and creative. I love coming up with new and exciting ways to engage children and help them learn. I also believe in open communication with parents and am happy to follow their preferred method of communication to keep them updated on their child's day. While I follow the parents' lead on rules, I'm comfortable reinforcing them consistently. I want to help children feel safe, and I believe that clear expectations are essential for that. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I love pets, and have experience in owning 3 German Shepherds/one cat. As your nanny, I will also dedicate time to housekeeping, meal prep, pet care, and more.
