About Sierra

I am an organized, honest, and hard working individual who strives for excellence in all that I do. Some of my goals are to graduate college and get a master's degree! I love children, pets, cooking, and arts and crafts. I am entering my senior year of college in the fall as a communication sciences and disorders major. My long-term dream is to become a speech language pathologist in elementary and hospitals. I like working with kids because I think they are a gift from God and bring such a refreshing and joyful aspect to my life. I'm looking for a job that I can build relationships in and get to know the families. I also appreciate feeling helpful and a job that will leave me feeling like I had an impact. I started working with kids when I was around 11. I began getting paid working with kids at age 15, but have babysat many children for the past 10 years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and my pets and study.
