About Sierra

I am new to care. com but I have 10 years experience in babysitting, one year in ABA therapy, two years teaching in day care at Miramar, and a year in senior care. I am CPR and first aid certified as well as have completed certificates in early childhood development and education for ages 0-6 (16 college units). My passion is to positively impact child learning opportunities and family dynamics. I am familiar with early childhood milestones as well as teaching children age appropriate independence skills such as hygiene, vocabulary, routine, and emotional regulation. I describe myself as a kind, patient, and enthusiastic caregiver! I use age appropriate music, literature, and hands on guidance to help engage young learners, encouraging them to soak up information in a fun and playful manner. A little about me some of my hobbies include nail art, painting, crochet, and dying my hair fun colors! I'm eager to get to know your family and help create a fun and educational environment!
