About Silvia Javiera

Hi! I'm Silvia--an experienced, trustworthy babysitter and proud mom of two, a boy and a girl. My son is on the autism spectrum, and parenting him has taught me patience, creativity, and the calm consistency children thrive on. I bring that same heart, structure, and understanding to every family I support. I'm 38, bilingual in English and Spanish, and I live in Sarasota very close to downtown, which makes it easy for me to arrive on time and help on short notice when you need dependable care. As a parent, I know that safety, reliability, honesty, and respect are nonnegotiable. I also believe the best childcare grows from mutual respect between families and caregivers. I show up prepared, attentive, and punctual--and I expect clear communication and respect in return so we can build a long-term, positive working relationship. I have hands-on experience with neurodiversity and special needs, I'm comfortable following therapy plans from parents and providers.
