Somethign like this Siobhan has babysat my 5-year-old cousin before, and she was wonderful with him. He can be shy at first, but he warmed up to her right away and had so much fun. She is reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoys being around kids. I would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for a babysitter or nanny.
