About Sky

Hi! I'm Sky, a mom of two with professional nanny experience caring for newborns and older children. I know how much trust it takes to leave your little ones with someone else, and I strive to help families feel comfortable and confident in my care. I've had over 10 years of childcare experience through nannying, my work as a Personal Care Aide, and the mental health field. I've also received birth doula training through DONA International and am pursuing my pre-BSN studies at Germanna Community College to one day pursue nursing. I bring a patient, attentive approach and take time to understand each child's needs and your family's routines. My experience includes no-cry method sleep training, general childcare, meal preparation, transportation, and household support. I'm especially interested in newborn care and overnight opportunities, where I can help parents get some much-needed rest and instill healthy sleep habits.
