Skyla is very patient with kids. My twins warmed up to her very quickly. She was on time and would update as needed. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because she canceled on me last minute twice. I am on leave due to surgery and have been unable to care for my kids alone so her cancellations caused me to have to scramble for other childcare. I understand that things come up but then I never heard from her again. It’s like she just disappeared. I wish her the best.
