I believe in empowering students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that lead to lasting success. I am a junior in college and get my experience from tutoring my little sister and support friends and peers all through my schooling years. I actively listen to students and observe how they interact with new material. Open communication helps me understand what methods work best for them. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement. Breaking down complex problems into manageable steps builds momentum. Communication is essential for understanding student needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. I have CPR training and First Aid certifications. The most rewarding aspect of being a tutor is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I would love to share my skills and experience with your family.
