I hired her as she stated she knew how to handle active children but she did not. While the time to socialize was fine, it truly felt like a waste of money. She did not know how to handle anything. Not only that I mentioned an exclusive thing for her to try and get into it, she didnt and she came with us to get it, which was fine. What was weird, she assumed my child's was hers and put in her backpack. There was no asking, just assuming and placing in her backpack. This is part of the perk of the passes I pay more and it was not okay. Due to noth of these things, I won't be hiring her again
