About Sokhna

Caring for seniors is something I truly value. I am a healthcare student that gained seven years of hands-on caregiving experience while caring for my grandmother, supporting her daily needs, preparing meals according to her special diet, helping with her medication routine, and assisting with household chores. This experience taught me to be patient, dependable, attentive, and respectful of each person's individual needs and preferences. I am CPR and First Aid trained and provide compassionate support with daily activities, companionship, respite care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. My goal is to help seniors feel safe, comfortable, and respected while giving their families peace of mind through clear and reliable communication.
