About Somia

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the last 10 years, I've provided live-in care, transportation, and mobility assistance. I also assist with meal preparation, medical management, and hospice services. My background as a Registered Nurse allows me to confidently support individuals with dementia. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I always respect a client's independence and communicate with families using their preferred method. Compassionate care is more than a job to me; it's a way to make a real difference in your loved one's life, and I look forward to the opportunity.
