About Sonya

I have been working with children and families since 2012. I started as a senior counselor for the Children's Aid Society. I grew a deep passion for children and decided to expand my knowledge and skills to work with children. So I decided to further my education and become a teacher. I have worked with children from birth to age 12. I love working with children. I am passionate, understanding and loving person to all children know matter who they are or what their background. I treat other children just like I birth them. They keep me going and bring me so much joy just by the things they say and do. They keep you young and always bring a smile to your face even on your dark days. I have gained a deep understanding of who they are and who they can become. I love seeing their growth and helping each child reach their full potential. My motto is that I believe there is purpose in every child but they need someone who can bring that purpose to life.
