About Sonya

Hello, my name is Sonya. I'm a student at North Seattle College working towards an AAS in ECE, I am set to graduate in August and will be moving forward into a B. A. S. program. I decided to further my knowledge in ECE and really discovered my passion for working with children during my 12-week training program at Tomorrow's Hope (a respected Daycare in Everett), where I was employed before entering maternity leave. I'm looking forward to applying all of these skills and my knowledge of child-led learning that I have acquired during my associates degree to provide a developmentally age-appropriate and engaging experience for your family! Some of my favorite activities to do with children are: reading to them, building structures, engaging in sensory play, singing silly songs, enjoying the sun and nature, and practicing process art. I have reliable transportation with a clean driving record and near full coverage insurance. Happy to do school drop-offs/pick-ups.
