I am proficient in assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands. My training includes CPR Training and First Aid, and I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines with ease. I maintain open lines of communication through your preferred method, whether by phone, text, or verbal updates during visits. I am also very comfortable around pets.
