Growing up in a close-knit Italian family, I've always valued caring for others, including my grandparents. I've also taught a Silver Sneakers fitness class for those 70+, focusing on fun and low-impact exercises. I love helping seniors maintain their independence while assisting with cleaning, cooking, and daily activities.
