About Sophia

I am a dedicated and creative educator with a passion for helping others learn, grow, and build confidence. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from the University of Vermont, where I graduated with a 3. 91 GPA and received multiple awards for academic excellence, leadership, and service. My experiences as a physical education teacher, homeschool educator, classroom teacher, literacy interventionist, swim instructor, youth coach, and direct support worker have strengthened my ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy designing engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity while adapting my teaching to meet each individual's unique needs. Whether working in a classroom, on a pool deck, or one-on-one, I strive to create supportive, inclusive environments where others feel encouraged to learn and succeed.
