Hi, I'm Sophia! As a devoted childcare provider with experience in babysitting from the age of 13, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. Working at a preschool has developed my patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and approachability which creates a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I love games, music, play-based learning, animals and nature. I'm flexible and comfortable in most environments. I began working in childcare as a way to connect with the adults I admired and adored in my neighborhood and continued working in childcare because it is where I thrive.
