About Sophie

Caring for children is more than a job; it's a passion. As a college freshman studying psychology, I'm fascinated by child development and how children learn and grow. I truly value building trusting, supportive relationships with kids. I have a few years of experience caring for children ages 1-11, and I am comfortable with up to three children. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games - but also play technology-based games if parents permit! I am comfortable enforcing household rules and will always communicate with you using your preferred method. I am also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training, as well as coursework in early child development. Creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for your child is my priority, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family.
