About Sophie

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. My experience as a patient care technician and office receptionist for a Neurology practice has inspired my passion for supporting seniors' well-being and independence. I am a compassionate, kind, and detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of adapting to changing routines and handling any confusion with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I am happy to help with activities of daily life, bathing/dressing, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Additionally, I have CPR Training. I approach each day as a chance to bring comfort and joy to those I care for-- I look forward to bringing that energy to this platform!
