Hi! My name is Sophie, and I am a 26-year-old from Rhode Island. I am starting my 1L year at SL in August, and I am looking for a nannying job this summer. I have been around kids for as long as I can remember, as my family has been fostering babies and toddlers since I was seven. For four summers, I worked as a counselor where I cared for campers ages 4-12. I was also a marine science teacher and expedition leader, a semester school for high schoolers in The Bahamas. I am comfortable caring for the physical and emotional wellbeing of kids of any age; I pride myself on balancing maturity with fun. I love the ocean and the outdoors. I am a Red Cross certified lifeguard, CPR certified, and a former sea kayaking expedition leader. I also love to sing, play the guitar, and read and write.
