About Sophie

I've been a CNA/HHA for over 20 years, working in Assisted Living facilities, Nursing homes, Group homes, and private homes. During this time, I've gained a lot of experience helping clients with various health issues. I'm skilled in using different assistive devices like wearable alert devices, bed handles, chair lifts, stand assist machines, and Hoyer lifts. I help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and exercises when needed. I also encourage them to stay active and engaged in activities they enjoy, like painting, puzzles, and coloring, and sometimes just being there as a companion. I'm dedicated to my clients' well-being, always prioritizing their health. I focus on monitoring vital signs, maintaining hygiene, ensuring safety, promoting good nutrition, and encouraging physical activity whenever possible.
