About Sophie

I have not had official experience as a home tutor, however I have been teaching children for 3 years at a sewing school. I also frequently (unofficially) help/tutor classmates and underclassmen. I am experienced with all ages, and I love to work one on one with kids! In terms of the actual material, I am a Junior taking 4 AP/honors courses. Hence, I am especially familiar with English and writing, US history, biology, and math. My specialty is in sciences and math. In addition, I offer myself as a resource for organizational skills. As someone who struggled in middle school to motivate and organize myself, I completely understand how that feels. However I've grown to master the art of organization, motivation, time management, and studying, and I've build up a repertoire of tips and tricks through trial and error.
