I left the corporate world in 2010 to begin working as a nanny. First I worked for a friend, then did it for a living. I love kids and have found that being an influence in a child's life is far more fulfilling than my work as an executive assistant. I've worked with kids with special needs (both physical and emotional), and have worked with all age groups. My goal as a nanny is to not only be a positive influence in a child's life, but to help out where I can in order to make the parents' time with their child pure quality. I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping, the child's laundry and even run errands.

Stacie took care of our two children ages 5 and 7 for about a year through May 2026. The children really love her and talk about her regularly still. She was very reliable for our family, essentially never late or missing a day. She is an upbeat person with a naturally kind and energetic disposition for working with children. She enjoyed getting the kids out of the house for activities to stay busy. Stacie would be a solid choice for anyone seeking reliable, high quality childcare.

As a new dad I didn't know what to expect when looking for childcare. With the difficulty finding childcare in Ithaca I wasn't expecting to find someone so quickly. Stacie was the only interview we had for watching our daughter. Full transparency I hired her before even calling her references. Though when I did Stacie's reference said "You lucked out, you will be spoiled with how good Stacie is." Stacie was consistent with discipline, encouraging with games, and made sure our daughter had plenty of adventures. If you have the opportunity to hire Stacie, do it.

Stacie is absolutely wonderful. She has been taking care of my 1 year old since he was 4 months, daily. It is amazing to see the love that my son has for Stacie and how much she loves him. Stacie is always mindful of what developmental skills to work on with our son. She is always singing to him and making him smile! I feel so lucky to have someone with my child who I trust and know he is happy when I am at work. She has felt like an extension to our family!

Stacie cared for our one-year-old daughter in 2023 until we moved out of town and we miss her every day.  Stacie is a wonderful nanny and person and our daughter loved her from the moment we met her.  They would always have lots of fun together, and Stacie would talk, read and sing to her all day and even taught her sign language!   Stacie is extremely punctual and reliable and kept us updated on our daughter's day.  She was not only incredible with our daughter, she was so positive and helpful when we were going through a stressful time.  Stacie is a truly decent and caring person and we feel so lucky to know her.  I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Stacie has been a wonderful nanny for our toddler for the last few months. She is thoughtful, loving, and kind to our daughter in every sense. Our daughter looks forward to her days with Stacie, as they are filled with lots of laughter, conversation, reading, slow meals, and, of course, snacks! Because of Stacie's nurturing and investment, our daughter has learned dozens of words and skills in the last few months. And aside from those all-important things having to do with the well-being of our daughter, Stacie is also wonderful at the logistics side of care-giving: she is always punctual (meaning, a few minutes early!), communicative, and reliable.

Stacie watched our little one from when he was only 2 months old until he was almost 12 months old. Stacie is absolutely amazing. She communicates constantly, genuinely loves little children. She gets him babbling, and eating, and sleeping, and playing. She goes way beyond the basics- she understands child development, looks for ways that she can help him meet developmental milestones, and is a constant learner. She is also incredibly dependable and punctual- she goes above and beyond. This year was a whirlwind for us with new jobs, moving, new baby....and Stacie was there with us, flexible when we needed her to be. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Stacie is absolutely wonderful! She cares for our two little ones, who are both under three years of age (toddler and infant). She is dependable, kind, trustworthy, and an all-around great person. We are so grateful for her help!

Stacie is an amazing caregiver to our 9-month old (and two furry kids). She has taken care of our baby girl since she was just two months old. Over this time, Stacie has become part of our crazy family. It has been so fun watching my daughter get to know and play with Stacie. Our girl now beams a huge smile when Stacie walks in the room. Stacie shows so much love and attention, helps around the house, and generally makes this mom a whole lot calmer knowing our daughter is having a blast all day while I'm at work! We needed a sitter in Tucson for a family wedding weekend.  After speaking with Stacie on the phone I knew we had found the right person.  From her emails and texts prior to the first meeting and those during and after I could see that Stacie was a caring person who would take excellent care of my girls (15m and 3.5 yrs).  Any family in Tucson (or just visiting like us) would be lucky to have Stacie care for their children.

If we should find ourselves in Tucson again, I will be contacting Stacie for help no question.

Stacie has been an amazing caregiver for our daughter since we hired her in January. A. was 4 months old when Stacie started. I was going back to work, and the baby wasn't taking the bottle regularly so I was super stressed! Stacie stepped right in and helped us through a very tough transition. Since then she's really become part of the family. A. loves her and the walks/adventures she takes her on and listening to Stacie read and sing to her. I love coming home and seeing how happy my daughter is. Stacie has also gone above and beyond for my husband and I by doing date night babysitting, keeping the house tidy, and overall being so supportive and understanding. Stacie is incredibly kind, loving, flexible, dependable, hardworking, and also a great communicator. She's helped our family more than we could ever express in this review and would highly recommend her to any family in need!

Stacie has been nothing short of amazing! The first week with our family included the kids' first week at school, a new position for me, and a new puppy. Stacie jumped in and didn't look back. My favorite thing Stacie does is look after my kids' emotional welfare in addition to taking care of the kids, house, and new puppy. It's been great to have someone who cares so much about my kiddos.

I want to recommend Stacie. She took care of my three kids, an 8 year old and 2 year old twins. Stacie's sunny bright disposition, her genuine fun with kids, and her willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed in the household won all of us over. She is super dependable and a joy to have around.

Stacie is by far the best caregiver we have had so far. She is amazing with our 7 month old. Lots of walks, reading, laughing, playing and learning. I feel like I am leaving my son with a part of our family! 

I interviewed Stacie on the phone and then met her in person. I instantly felt comfortable with her. Being a new mom, it's hard to trust people with your child but I have no doubts about Stacie. My son (18 months) instantly felt comfortable as well and didn't even cry when I left, which is a first!  We have hired Stacie for back up care which is exactly what I really needed! Stacie has been our date night and occasional afternoon babysitter for several months now. I'm really careful about who I let into my home to watch my 2 year old. I feel comfortable with Stacie here, and trust her with my house and daughter thoroughly. She is always on time, respectful of our house, and my daughter likes her (she doesn't like everyone).
