About Startice

I am a master's-level educator, childcare professional, and parent coach with 15+ years of experience serving children and families. My background includes early childhood and elementary education, special needs support, behavioral health, educational consulting, and caregiving. I am a certified teacher and former Teacher of the Year. I currently work full-time in education management, overseeing early childhood education programs and schools. My experience has given me a strong foundation in child development, positive behavior support, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I am available for evening and weekend care, date nights, occasional babysitting, and backup care, with limited daytime availability by advance notice. I am reliable, caring, and professional, and also offer academic support, educational advising, and parent/education consulting. I look forward to connecting and serving your family!
