About Stefany

My Christian faith is important. I have worked with infants, toddlers and young children for almost 20 years as well having 3 adult children of my own. I have a BA in Early Childhood and am a Developmental Specialist. I believe in partnering with parents and having open communication. I'm reliable, organized and able to work independently. I am relocating to NC to be near family. I am empathetic, kind and compassionate. I like working with kids because it shapes a child's foundation. I'm looking for a job that is impactful where my developmental insight and love for children can be fostered. In my spare time, I like doing photography, spending time with family and my mini schnauzer (Maverick), playing games/cards, volunteering and going on adventures. One thing you should know about me is I have a big heart. My skills include: 1) emotional attunement/regulation support 2) developmentally-aligned teaching/play 3) creating a calm, predictable, safe environment
