As a certified Special education teacher with three years of childcare experience, I am enthusiastic about fostering children's growth. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences as a babysitter and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I have been with children my whole life- I am from a family of 8 children! I am known for my calm, patient, and friendly demeanor, which creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and using their preferred communication method to address any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and have a non-smoking policy in my home.
