About Stephanie

Hi my name is Stephanie. I am 27 years old and I have been a caregiver since 2017. I have worked in several facilities and I have also worked as a private home health aide. I am very passionate about all aspects of what it takes to be a caregiver. My number one goal is to always ensure the safety of each individual. The past three years I have taken care of my grandma who had a stroke. As a caregiver you have to have the heart for this kind of work. My motto is nobody ever is ready to be in a situation where they cannot do things them selves but if I can reassure and bring positivity it helps to make each person comfortable and showing them different ways they can still enjoy life. I have a 6-year-old daughter who is my world. I send her everyday to school knowing the teachers treat her like a person, guide her and they bring joy to her day to day life. That is the goal in every person I take care of. I'd describe my personality as caring, passionate and ambitious.
