For three years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence, while also providing peace of mind for their families. I have experience providing respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I strive to understand each person's unique preferences and history. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with a calm demeanor. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have some college education. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My goal is to provide reliable care and build meaningful connections, and I look forward to bringing my dedication and skills to your family.
