I am a professional nanny who has worked with infants and toddlers for the past 8 years. I am experienced in baby-lead weaning, baby sign language, emotional regulation and skill acquisition to help reach developmental milestones. I take a gentle but consistent approach to nannying, setting appropriate developmental boundaries while being kind and acknowledging your child's autonomy and feelings. I believe being a nanny is about adjusting to the family's needs. I am a firm believer that families are trusting me to care for their child by provide love and guidance. Additionally I have 9 years of experience providing developmental therapies to children with ASD. Through my time as an ABA therapist I developed an in-depth knowledge of behavior , child development, creativity in teaching life skills and reaching developmental goals. I provided parents with an unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of their children.
