About Stephanie

Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I am from New Jersey. I have a combined 15 years of experience in childcare, ESL teaching, tutoring, and mentorship. I most recently taught ESL in Madrid, and had students from 6 months to 15-years-old. I also gave private English lessons to 6 to 10-year-olds. With my tutees I played vocabulary, grammar, and memory games, taught dances and songs, and emphasized speaking. I would be happy to teach your children Spanish using the same techniques! Since high school I have babysat 3-8-year-olds, and in summer 2015 and 2017 I sat for a few Care families. I enjoy engaging children in games, playing outside, and making arts and crafts. I try to carry out activities that kids like the most (within reason!). I have always loved working with children, and I am friendly, fun loving, conscientious, empathetic, and reliable.
