About Stephany

Hi! I'm Stephany, a recent graduate and current Northwestern University student seeking a summer childcare position. I have experience working with children of all ages through my roles at Donoso Academy and Little Beginners Daycare, where I supervised daily routines, supported learning activities, maintained a safe environment, and helped children reach important developmental milestones. My background in Psychology and Learning & Organizational Change has strengthened my understanding of child development and effective communication with families. I am patient, responsible, energetic, and passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I look forward to supporting your family this summer!
