Susana worked for us for 4.5 years (starting from when my girls were 4 and 18 months old). She was full time watching both girls for a while and then just the younger one when older one went to school. She is very active -- enjoys being outside and playing games. She always respected my wishes when it came to the kids and also did light household help. After both girls went to school she still worked part time for us doing pick ups, etc. My girls are now well into elementary school and she still regularly babysits! Recommend!!
