Hi, I'm Susan and have been in Apex for 3 years now! I'm originally from a small town in north-west Illinois where I grew up on our family farm with my parents and four siblings. When I first moved down here I nannied for a family with three kids for a year. I eventually went to school for Dental Assisting and left the family to work full time. I'm still working full time as dental assistant but looking to pick up some evening hours on Mondays and Thursday and am available two weekends a month all day. I have been a certified babysitter since I was 12 and hold a current up to date CPR certification and also certified in medical emergencies. I enjoy working with kids and watching them grow and learn on a daily basis. Along with babysitting, I also taught a child care class and I was a Sunday school teacher for three years. Thanks to working on a farm, a little house work doesn't bother me and I also have a love for animals.
