Hiring Susan was the best decision I ever made. I can't believe how much she helped me. My house doesn't look the same! I don't know how she got the cat hair off the floor! Highly recommend!!!

I hired Susan because of the reviews here however,  I was not lucky enough to have the same experience as others. Susan was hired to do general cleaning of my common areas and master bathroom. She did a decent job with the common areas despite mopping around my daughter's stuffed animals on the floor instead of picking them up. What disgusted me was the 10 minutes she stayed in my master bathroom and claimed she cleaned it. There was soap scum all over my bathroom glass doors, scum in the track of the sliding doors and smears all over my mirror. I know when something is cleaned and she literally came in my bathroom and wiped down the counters and maybe the floors the shower was not cleaned! THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY!! I reached out to her via text and her response was that she didn't use bleach because of my allergies and the fact that I am expecting. She never addressed the scum on the glass doors and the scum in the tracks.  I even sent her pictures! will not rehire

Susan is amazing!  She listens closely to your needs and provides that exceptional service you would expect.   I am so grateful for her attention to detail and will be using her again and again!

Susan did a wonderful job cleaning my home. She was punctual, arriving right at the agreed-upon time. She cleaned thoroughly and well-I am very pleased with how clean all the rooms are. She wore a mask, following good COVID precautions. She did great around my kids and pets, who were sometimes a little in the way.

I hired Susan to do a deep clean of my new apartment before I move in. She was on time, very nice and brought everything that was needed with her. She is very sweet and I was very happy with her work. I plan on hiring her on a bi-weekly basis once I relocate and actually move in. Thank you Susan!

Susan did an amazing detailed and thorough deep clean of my entire residence.  She was even kind enough to watch my dog while I had to step away. She is very trustworthy and goes the extra mile to get the level of expectation higher than requested. She will be back!

I hired Susan to do my move out cleaning twice because she did such a great job. She was super nice and accommodating when coordinating with keys and everything. If I was still in Maryland, I would definitely hire her again.
