Susan was very helpful in completing a number of errands for me. She was very clear and pleasant in all of our communications and was very much a delight in person. She was thorough, provided all receipts and was flexible and patient in response to my then chaotic schedule. She definitely presents as someone who has worked collaboratively with others while at the same time being capable of taking the helm as needed. Given her attention to detail, personable nature and medical background I think she would be a welcome caregiver to others across a broad spectrum.
