About Susan

My passion for nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact in their lives led me to pursue a career working with children. With 30 yrs of experience, I have worked with children from infancy to early elementary age, helping them reach their developmental milestones. As a BCBA, I have supported families and their children in early intervention programs with speech delays and special needs. Here I have fostered their language, play and self help skills. My hope is I can continue to use my skills and knowledge to support your child's development and also have fun. I have been caring for 2 children over the past year. They will be transitioning to daycare and am looking to continue my role as a nanny and support your family. My patient and friendly nature helps create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. I believe in open communication with parents and provide verbal updates at the end of each day, discussing your child's activities and progress.
