About Susanne

I always try to make a difference in the lives of seniors while assuring her/ his family that their loved one is safe. For the past decade, I've worked with seniors who have dementia/Alzheimers or have had strokes or Parkinson's Disease. My focus is on safety, helping maintain independence, comfort and companionship. My graduate degree in Communication Disorders/Special Needs complements my work with seniors and any communication difficulties s/he may have. I am a retired Speech/Language Pathologist and I have worked with Seniors in home care for the last 10 years beginning with both of my parents, my dad had multiple strokes and my mom had progressive Lewy body dementia. I am extremely patient, compassionate and professional and am have a cheerful and positive personality. I am current in all Covid and pneumonia vaccines. I do not smoke. I have many references available.
