About Susan

I'm a mother of three, longtime innkeeper, former hotel housekeeping manager, and business owner. I understand how much invisible work goes into keeping a home running -- and how hard it is to be present with your children when part of your brain is thinking about laundry, groceries, lunches, clutter, and what needs to happen next. My background in hospitality taught me time management, organization, discretion, and how to anticipate needs without constant direction. I'm comfortable with school pickup/drop-off, meals and snacks, laundry, errands, grocery shopping, restocking household essentials, and organizing family spaces. Once I learn your household and routines, my goal is simple: for you to know the things we've agreed I'll handle are handled, so you can focus on your work and, more importantly, your family.
