I've worked in housekeeping and hospitality coast to coast, from small family-run inns and farms to private hotels and AAA Five Diamond luxury resorts. My experience includes innkeeping, room inspection, housekeeping management, detailed cleaning, laundry, organization, restocking, guest-room preparation, and turndown service. Hospitality taught me that great housekeeping is about more than cleaning. It's time management, attention to detail, anticipating needs, and creating a space that feels calm, cared for, and ready.
