Suzie has been a life saver for my family. After interviewing several people, we found Suzie and were so hopeful. We worried because our Mom is unaware of her memory issues and tended to refuse help, even from us kids. With her confidence, kindness and experience, Suzie was able to be Mom’s ally in her care of my Dad. She became Mom’s friend and partner in caring for Dad, with Mom accepting help from Suzie that she wouldn’t accept from us. Suzie is a problem- solver and great communicator. She reaches out to my sister and me throughout the day with updates and if she has any concerns or suggestions. Without her, we would be as lost and stressed as we were before. We are grateful to have her helping us with our parents. We don’t know what we’d do without her.
