About Suzanne

I have 20 plus years of experience in childcare. I am experienced in supporting children with and without special needs. Much of my experience comes from working with my own child that required special needs. In addition to working with my own child, I volunteered 20 hours per week working with special needs children in the Fairfax County school system. My background includes hands-on experience providing support to each child individually as instructed by the classroom teachers. I see each child as an individual, each with their own learning style and each with their own understanding of the world around them. I consider myself a patient and understanding person.
