About Suzanne

I have 20 years of experience, primarily working with children and young adults on the autism spectrum focusing on helping primarily non verbal individuals gain functional communication skills and address behavioral and sensory challenges. I have somatic training as an acupressure massage practitioner, which can be helpful in assisting young people to develop calming techniques and emotional intelligence with a playful approach. I have supplemented my autism related work experience with numerous gigs for neurotypical or typically functioning children over the years, including a nannying position for twin 2-year-old boys, who definitely kept me on my toes. I especially love arts and crafts, reading and dramatic arts. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Cooking/Meal Preparation.
