About Sydney

Hi! My name is Sydney, and I'm a career nanny with over 10 years of professional childcare experience. I have experience caring for children from infancy through school age, including newborns, toddlers, and multiples. I spent nearly four years in a nanny-share position, where I built lasting relationships with both families and became a trusted part of their daily lives. I'm passionate about providing loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care while creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and growing. I enjoy reading, imaginative play, outdoor adventures, crafts, and finding fun ways to encourage each child's curiosity and independence. I also understand the importance of consistent routines, patience, and setting age-appropriate boundaries.
