About Sydney

I'd describe my personality as personable, inviting, and caring. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping and caring for children. I have been an aunt since I was 6 years old, so I have been around children since I was a child. I also love to encourage and inspire children to learn and explore their interests. I'm looking for a job that has consistent hours and pay. I started working with kids consistently when I was 18 years old. I have always babysat throughout high school for my sisters, but I started childcare for a job when I was 18. In my spare time, I like to garden and hike. I love to hike in the mountains. Finding a beautiful waterfall is always exciting. One thing you should know about me is I am very kind and understanding. I just click with kids and it's my passion to make them feel comforted and safe. My skills include deescalating strong emotions, making sure the kids are fed a well balanced diet that fits their needs, and keeping them clean and safe.
