Sydney has a great, bubbly personality and you can tell that she loves kids. She also was comfortable around our 75 pound dog. She came to our house for a meet and greet and brought play-dough for my child. He was instantly won over. Sydney asked a lot of great questions during our meet and greet that made me feel confident that she wanted to do the best job and that this wasn't her first rodeo. The next night she came over to babysit. When we left, I forgot my sunglasses. When I cam back into the house, she was on the floor with my son playing dinosaurs. It was nice to see someone playing and engaged with my son! This morning my son said that Sydney was his favorite. He went onto say that Sydney played with him the whole time. We will definitely hire Sydney again!
