About Sydney

I am an experienced elementary teacher with a strong background in working with children in both educational and caregiving settings. I currently teach children in the elementary grades and bring a deep understanding of child development, learning styles, and positive behavior support. My experience as both a teacher and prior nanny has strengthened my ability to create structured yet engaging environments where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I value building strong relationships with both children and families and take pride in being dependable, patient, and attentive to each child's individual needs.
