My name is Sydney and I've been a nanny for 5 years. I understand that children are still learning how to navigate their emotions. I aim to help every child I work with to better express and manage their big emotions in an effective way. My calm demeanor allows me to remain calm in most situations. I implement positive reinforcement whenever possible. When a behavior is not favorable, I will give them alternative ways to handle the situation. I am CPR certified and Covid vaccinated.
